Rupert Pedler

Rupert Pedler has served as a member of The Wella Company Board since November 2023. Mr. Pedler currently serves as a Director on KKR’s Americas Private Equity Consumer team, a role he has held since relocating to the United States in 2023. He joined KKR in 2015, originally in the Firm’s Sydney office. 

Prior to that, Mr. Pedler was on the investment banking team at Greenhill & Co, from 2013 to 2015.

He has served on the Boards of multiple consumer companies, including The Arnott’s Group, a leading Australian food company, since 2020 and KDC/ONE, a global beauty and personal care manufacturer, since 2026.
