Malaika L. Myers

Malaika L. Myers has served as a member of The Wella Company Board since September 2023. 

Previously, Ms. Myers served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a global hospitality company, from September 2017 to July 2025. Prior to that, she served in various senior human resources roles at Jarden Corporation, a global consumer products company; Arysta LifeScience Corp., a global agricultural manufacturing company; Diageo plc, a multinational alcoholic beverage company; and PepsiCo, Inc., a multinational food and beverage company. 

From February 2019 to May 2023, she served as a non-executive Director of Cielo, a strategic recruitment process outsourcing partner.
