Fara Howard

Fara Howard has served as a member of The Wella Company Board since May 2022. 

Previously, Ms. Howard served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Gusto, Inc., a leading provider of payroll, benefits, and human resources management software, from January to August 2026.

Prior to that, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer of GoDaddy Inc., a domain registration, website hosting, and business solutions company, from February 2019 to December 2025, and as the Chief Marketing Officer of Amazon Fashion, from May 2017 to February 2019.
