Krista Kubida

Krista Kubida has served as Chief Legal Officer of The Wella Company since June 2026.

Ms. Kubida previously served as Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer of Capri Holdings Limited, a global fashion luxury group, from October 2016 to June 2026, where she led the company’s global legal, compliance, and risk management functions, as well as its corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives. She previously held positions of increasing responsibility within Capri Holdings’ legal department from August 2011 to October 2016.

Prior to joining Capri Holdings, she was an attorney in the Corporate Department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, an international law firm, where she focused on capital markets and securities matters from 2005 to 2011.

Ms. Kubida received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University Bloomington and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
