Red 33 is used to color hair, or, at very low concentration, to impart a red color to cosmetic and Beauty Care products. Resorcinol is the most widely used of all the oxidative dye couplers, being incorporated into most shades as a "drabber," and to achieve a better color balance on hair of differing prior chemical history. Its use as a "drabber" arises from the fact that it produces greenish and golden brownish shades, depending on the conditions of dyeing.

Retinyl Palmitate is a derivative of the Vitamin A. It is mainly used in skin products, however in our products it is used as hair conditioners and antioxidant. It helps to enhance the appearance and feel of hair, by increasing hair body, suppleness, or sheen, or by improving the texture of hair that has been damaged physically or by chemical treatment. As antioxidant, Retinyl Palmitate helps to prevent product spoilage through deterioration caused by reaction with oxygen.

Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract acts as a natural antimicrobial which either kills or retards the growth of microbes in the products. The antioxidant action and the anti-inflammatory activity is partially attributed to the high rosmarinic acid content of these plant. It also provides support of the regulation of dandruff because of its skin-conditioning and anti-inflammatory activities.
