Frank Smalla

Frank Smalla has served as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer of The Wella Company since April 2023.

Mr. Smalla previously served as Chief Financial Officer of the Boston Beer Company, an alcoholic beverage company, from 2016 to 2023, where he led the finance, information technology, legal, and procurement functions.

Prior to joining the Boston Beer Company, he held various finance and strategy roles over a 22-year period at Kraft Foods Group, Inc., a multinational food and beverage company, and Philip Morris Companies Inc., an international consumer goods company. Before joining Phillip Morris in 1993, he held various roles for German banks in Germany and Hong Kong.

Mr. Smalla received a diploma from the Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.
